Hi! I am Paranda Davis
AKA The Credit Beast ™, founder of Davis Future Planning LLC, the first black female that has written a book about the "How to Get an 800 Credit Score for Rookies,” in layman's terms and later came out with children’s book called “Cornbread," The Little Girl That Asked a Lot of Questions as "Cornbread" goes on a financial journey and want to take everyone with her. Giving youth a fun way to learn about financial literacy. There's a sizable body of research suggesting that kids who go through intensive education at the ages of 3 and 4 don’t really come out ahead in terms of academic abilities. By kindergarten much of their advantage has receded, and by second grade researchers typically can’t detect it at all.
As a Credit/Debt and Business Credit Counselor my expertise and mission is to bring conversations about money to the table and show ways to achieve from starting a business or existing businesses. Davis Future Planning LLC has helped thousands of small businesses owners from pennies in the bank to multi-million dollar companies by gaining capital for their business. Now Paranda Davis want to educate and provide liable resources for future & active entrepreneurs.
I first started to educate myself at a very young age, 14. I would hear my uncles and aunts talk about A1 credit and how they can go to a dealership without putting money down. They would just walk differently. It was like they had some type of power, I should say. The world really changed over a decade ago with the housing market. I started my credit repair company after that in 2013 and quit my full-time job in 2015. From there, I had more time to really focus on my business. But I was afraid, and I did nothing with my business credit because it just seemed too much. So I continued to focus more on the personal but neglected my business credit. There were too many accounts to set up… I got discouraged. However, I knew that for me to fund my dream idea, I needed CAPITAL, and my personal credit couldn’t hold the weight and other benefits that protect me as a corporation. It took me two years to bite the bullet after reading endless resources. I applied for my first American Express Platinum Business Credit Unlimited and was approved immediately! I called American Express and asked them a thousand times if this was real. “Is my card unlimited?” The lady replied, "Yes." I just didn’t know what to do.
I remember asking friends, family, and colleagues to join this financial journey with me, but I later discovered that no one took it as seriously as I did. Everyone told me that it was too risky; it was a gamble, or they declared that I shouldn’t be greedy.
I have helped so many business owners gain capital for their businesses. No one saw my vision or passion for helping others but me. Some promise they think I got here easily. But what most people don’t know is the number of mistakes I made when I dipped my toes into what I love the most: helping and educating individuals, which will better their lives for their families and businesses.
